I’m Javier Bermudez, director and producer with a passion for exploring untold stories and cinematic craftsmanship. With experience in film marketing, EPKs, and behind-the-scenes content for projects like Everything Everywhere All At Once, I’m on a mission to create a documentary that celebrates the brave and skilled stunt performers who risk it all to bring action scenes to life.
Joining on this journey is Chris Reid, a seasoned stunt performer and up-and-coming stunt coordinator who has doubled for some of Hollywood’s biggest names, like Brad Pitt in Wolves. Together, we bring a deep respect for the artistry, courage, and technical mastery of the stunt profession.
With over 25 years in the industry and a background in both marketing and film production, Matthew Coates is a seasoned Executive Producer and Managing Partner at Sweet Spot Media, one of Los Angeles' fastest-growing advertising agencies. His career has included high-profile work across multiple sectors, delivering for top clients such as Disney, Universal, and Pixar. Known for his commitment to client satisfaction and creative vision, Matthew brings a unique blend of strategic insight and production expertise. When he's not leading his team, he enjoys flying small planes and rock climbing with his family.
The look and feel of the interviews are a key component to the execution of any great documentary. And we have the best person for that job: Ilja Maran from Long Beach, California. Over the past 12 years he's worked on hundreds of productions in both America and overseas. He brings unique life experience to every project and a collaborative, open-minded attitude. He is known for his positive energy and has a knack for elegantly solving production challenges on set.
